Everything you need to know

A deep dive into our industry-leading technology and high-performance standards.

How does this camera mount differently from an under-mount camera?

This model mounts on a vertical surface — such as behind a number plate or on a bumper — rather than underneath a horizontal surface. It uses a 6mm drilled hole with a replacement bolt or bracket.

Can it be used as a front camera?

Yes. The normal/mirror image switch allows it to be installed at the front of the vehicle for forward blind-spot monitoring.

What sensor does it use?

A 1/4" CCDS sensor with 0.6 Lux low-light sensitivity, providing clear imaging even in poor lighting conditions.
