Alpine introduces the iLX-W670A 7″ touchscreen display multimedia receiver — the successor to the legendary iLX-W650E radio with sonic enhancements — including wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Crafted with a cutting-edge design and an ultra-shallow chassis, it allows for easier installation and fitment into a wider range of vehicles.

The innovative steering wheel control learning function allows you to easily retain full functionality of your steering wheel controls (compatible with resistive type). PrismaLink allows more lighting flexibility than ever before with full customisation of PrismaLink compatible devices (sold separately).

The innovative dual swipe user interface puts you in control of your music and keeps your eyes on the road. Using two fingers, simply swipe up or down to adjust the volume and swipe left or right to skip between tracks. Built-in connectivity gives you Apple CarPlay or Android Auto to use apps such as Waze Navigation, Google Maps and Spotify via the convenience of voice command or touch. The dual camera input allows connection of a rear camera and a side or front camera, making parking easier than ever before.

What's more, the ultra-shallow chassis design makes way to add on the compact KTA-450 Power Pack amplifier (sold separately), which mounts directly onto the back of the chassis. Connectivity & Smartphone Integration

The iLX-W670A supports wired Apple CarPlay and wired Android Auto, giving you access to navigation apps (Waze, Google Maps), music streaming, calls and messages — all controlled via touch or voice command directly from the 6.75″ display.

Sound Tuning

The iLX-W670A features a 9-band parametric equaliser, 5-channel digital time correction, and digital crossover settings for front, rear and subwoofer channels. MediaXpander HD audio enhancement ensures even compressed audio sounds its best. Five equaliser presets are also included for quick sound adjustment.

PrismaLink Lighting Control

PrismaLink compatibility lets you adjust the ambiance, colours and modes of compatible Alpine PrismaLink subwoofer enclosures directly from the head unit display.

PowerStack Compatible

The ultra-shallow chassis depth of 61mm makes the iLX-W670A PowerStack compatible. Mount the KTA-450 Power Pack Amplifier (sold separately) directly to the rear of the unit for a powerful, compact system without the bulk of a traditional amplifier installation.

Dual Camera Input

Dual RCA camera inputs support both a rear camera and a side or front camera simultaneously, making parking and manoeuvring safer and more convenient.

USB Playback

A 3A USB port provides fast device charging and supports playback of FLAC, MP3, WMA, AAC and WAV audio files, plus MP4, AVI, WMV and MOV video files.
