What network connectivity options does the device support?

The device (Dart2) is available in 2G (SARA-G350, 850/900/1800/1900 MHz) or LTE-M/NB-IoT (uBlox SARA-R410M, supporting all major global LTE-M and NB-IoT bands).

Can the device immobilise a vehicle remotely?

Yes. The digital output can be connected to a relay to enable remote immobilisation in cases of theft, abuse, or unauthorised use.

What happens if the device loses cellular coverage?

The device features onboard flash memory capable of storing over ten days of continuous 30-second logging, so records are retained until connectivity is restored.

Does the device support driver identification?

Yes. Driver ID is supported via an RFID reader (TTL serial interface) or iButton® interface, suitable for access control and logbook applications.

What warranty does the device carry?

The device comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.

Is the telematics data secure?

Yes. Data is protected with military-level AES-256 encryption from device to server, and any data forwarded to third-party systems is transmitted via HTTPS.
