The Viper 800VR Upgrade Alarm transforms any original factory-fitted vehicle keyless entry system into a full alarm system. The system is operated using the vehicle's original remote(s) and protects all entry points including doors, bonnet, and boot/tailgate — giving you comprehensive security without the need to replace your existing key fobs.
To further protect the vehicle, the alarm includes a dual-stage shock sensor and dual-point immobilisers. Audible warning is delivered via a high-output battery back-up siren, ensuring the alarm continues to sound even if the vehicle's main power is cut. Visual notification is provided through the vehicle's park lights or indicators, drawing immediate attention to any security breach.
The 800VR also features a dash-mounted flashing LED to deter thieves and confirm the alarm status at a glance. This LED additionally provides diagnostic reporting, making it straightforward for technicians to identify and resolve any system issues.
