The Tow-Pro Elite V3 is an advanced proportional electric brake controller that applies the trailer's brakes in proportion to the braking force applied by the towing vehicle. This ensures smooth, consistent stops and significantly reduces the risk of jackknifing or loss of control. Smooth Braking Capability
Continual software upgrades have been built into the Tow-Pro Elite, resulting in progressively smoother braking for motorists towing the broadest range of caravans, trailers, boat trailers and horse floats.
Compatible with All Modern and Older Vehicles
When used with the recommended REDARC wiring kits, the Tow-Pro Elite ensures compatibility with all new vehicle technology and features Active Calibration. It works in 12V vehicles with electric or electric/hydraulic trailer brakes, and in 24V vehicles with electric brakes — without additional adaptors. Electric/hydraulic brakes behind 24V vehicles require the EB24A adaptor. When installed as per instructions, it achieves an ADR-approved installation. It has also been approved by AL-KO for use with their ESC system and by Dexter with their DSC system.
Easy to Install
The Tow-Pro Elite V3 features a redesigned remote head that is smaller, slimmer and shaped to fit thicker and curved dashboards found in modern vehicles and trucks, making installation faster and easier than ever before.
Vehicle-Specific Installation Accessories
REDARC's range of wiring kits makes installation clean and reliable across a wide variety of vehicle makes and models. Selected TPSI switch inserts for many popular vehicles give the user interface a factory-fitted look — a single control knob that blends seamlessly into the dash.
The TPWKIT-012 is specifically required for the Ford Ranger and Everest range. The universal TPWKIT-013 and TPWKIT-014 wiring kits suit most other vehicles. For installers using their own wiring in any modern vehicle equipped with CAN Bus communications or cruise control, REDARC strongly recommends including the EPDK-001 protection device blocking module.
